Dr Fatima has done her MBBS and MD (Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy) from one of the top medical colleges JNMCH, AMU (Aligarh). She did her fellowship in Dermatosurgery from reputed St. John's Medical College Hospital, Bangalore and has served as senior registrar at JNMCH. She is a life member of IADVL.
Dr. Fatima has many publications in national and international journals of dermatology and has been awarded Prof. D.K. Gupta Medal the best paper presentation for the work of vitiligo.
